A falling-down 1933 cottage gets a new lease on life. Or ... that's the plan.

Studio Progress
Sheetrock has been going up! It's starting to feel like a real room. Frank has been calling it the "Art House". I kind of like it. It's much better than what his friend at work told him to call it: "Pimp my Shed". Huh.
Although I would be insulted if I were in your shoes, I just had to laugh at the "Pimp my shed" comment. Very funny.
It actually doesn't even come close to a shed - it is looking very nice, especially now the sheetrock is going up - how excited you must be! I would love to have my own studio; I bet you can't wait! Hurry Frank!
Melting glass and playing with fire - that's my happy place. When I don't have the time to do that, I make other stuff: jewelry, paintings, gardens, photographs of my dog and kid and cat and flowers and trees and birds… stuff... Every year is a new adventure… this year’s challenge is homeschooling and trying to find some balance with that and life and art. Plus chickens, backyard chickens. My hands are full. I dream of the beach... sand... flip-flops... sunshine, and sometimes orcas.

It's looking great, Pam! You are going to want to move in when it's finished!
